EASTPO (Shanghai International Machine Tool Exhibition), abbreviated as EASTPO Exhibition, was first held in 1999. It is jointly organized by the Information Center of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of China, the China Social and Economic Research Center, and EASTPO International Holdings Limited, and is hosted by EASTPO Exhibition Co., LTD. The exhibition focuses on the machine tool industry chain, covering areas such as metal-cutting machine tools, metal forming equipment, and industrial robots. It aims to build an international display and trading platform and is listed as an industry benchmark along with the China International Machine Tool Exhibition (CIMT) in Beijing.
